Free download is not available yet. Annual billing on paid plans. Self-hosted on your infrastructure; hosting is not included. Application and tenant allowances are confirmed in your agreement. Embedding Valdtech in a product sold to third parties or distributing installations to end customers requires a separate agreement. Assisted deployment, migrations and custom integrations are quoted separately.

Self-managed installation does not carry a mandatory implementation fee. Assisted deployment is optional and quoted for the agreed scope of any plan.
Migrations, custom integrations, bespoke development, consulting and infrastructure operations are separate professional services. Email support in paid plans covers the Valdtech product, not operation of your infrastructure.

What happens when I need more applications?
Contact us to expand the application allowance in your annual licence. You do not need to interrupt authentication for existing users while the scope is reviewed.
Do you charge per user or monthly active user?
No in paid plans. The licence is scoped to the applications and identity domains you operate, not to sign-in volume.
Are external federations included?
Yes. Connections using the external identity providers supported by Valdtech carry no federation surcharge. A custom connector is quoted separately.
Is hosting included?
No. Valdtech runs on infrastructure that you provide and operate, so its hosting costs remain yours.
What support is included?
Paid plans include product updates during the licence term and product support by email during business hours, without a committed response time. Infrastructure operation and consulting are separate services.
Is deployment assistance mandatory?
No. A documented single-node deployment path is available. Assisted deployment, migration and consulting are optional services quoted separately.
Can I use Valdtech inside a product I sell to my own customers?
Not under the published Base, Pro or Business plans. Embedding Valdtech in a product sold to third parties or distributing installations to end customers requires a separate agreement.
